Registration fees are to be paid at the time of registration online. There are a few options with regards to how you can make that payment:
Option 1 - Full Payment by Credit/Debit Card
Option 2 - 20% Deposit & Payment Plan established.

If you have the voucher before you register, our club registration system, allows members to upload their vouchers into the system from within their registration checkout. If you obtain your voucher after you register, please log back into your account and upload this document to the portal.

Note: Play On! vouchers open for parents, carers or guardians to apply on 4 August 2025.
All fees must be paid in full or a payment plan established for the remaining balance at the time of registration.
If this has not been done:
Players are NOT permitted to collect their kits
Players are NOT eligible to participate in games
To check your outstanding fees, make a payment, or set up a Payment Plan, please refer to the RRFC Majestri User Guide for instructions on how to log into your registration account.
The club will send regular reminder notices to members with outstanding fees in the lead-up to the payment due date.
Our online registration system supports full card payments as well as the option to set up a payment plan. To create a Payment Plan, please follow the steps outlined in our Majestri User Guide.
Please note that payment through the website, either via full card payment or a payment plan is our preferred method. These payments are automatically reconciled, which helps to significantly reduce the administrative workload on our volunteer committee members.
If needed, we also accept payment by bank transfer. An invoice will be provided during the registration process.
All players will receive a training kit consisting of:
1 × training shirt
1 × pair of shorts (playing for juniors, club for seniors)
1 × pair of socks
Senior Players will also receive a club polo & shorts to keep.
Playing Jerseys:
MiniRoo and Junior players will be supplied with a playing jersey each week.
Senior players will be supplied with a playing jersey and shorts each week.
