Playing Fees

Rockville Rovers FC is committed to maintaining a reasonable fee status and aims to keep the Football Club fees affordable for as many families as possible, while at the same time meeting the expectations for our members and improving the quality of the facilities and football services offered to our members.

It is important to note that playing fees paid by members at RRFC do not cover all the cost of running this Club. The remainder comes from sponsorship, clubhouse income and fundraising events. Even allowing for these initiatives, the playing fees are still in line with other Clubs at the same level.

From 2026 RRFC players will pay their Club Fees to RRFC when registering, you will then be directed to pay the remaining components to Football Queensland through Squadi and to Football Australia through PlayFootball.

When do my fee's need to be paid by?

All fees must be paid in full or a payment plan established for the remaining balance at the time of registration.

If this has not been done:

  • Players are NOT permitted to collect their kits

  • Players are NOT eligible to participate in games

To check your outstanding fees, make a payment, or set up a Payment Plan, please refer to the RRFC Majestri User Guide for instructions on how to log into your registration account.

The club will send regular reminder notices to members with outstanding fees in the lead-up to the payment due date.

Payment Options

Our online registration system supports full card payments as well as the option to set up a payment plan. To create a Payment Plan, please follow the steps outlined in our Majestri User Guide.

Please note that payment through the website, either via full card payment or a payment plan is our preferred method. These payments are automatically reconciled, which helps to significantly reduce the administrative workload on our volunteer committee members.
