Terms and conditions

  • By completing your registration with Rockville Rovers Football Club (RRFC), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    CODE OF CONDUCT & TERMS
    You have read and agree to abide by the RRFC Club Code of Conduct and all Terms and Conditions.
    You agree to comply with The Laws of the Game of Football as governed by FIFA and the Football Queensland By-Laws.
    You declare that the information you have provided is true and accurate. Any wilful dishonesty may result in refusal or cancellation of registration.

    INSURANCE
    Football Queensland holds an insurance policy to cover registered players, as detailed on the Football Queensland website.
    You may take out additional personal insurance cover if you wish.

    PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
    Photos of you or your child may be taken for RRFC or affiliated club promotional material and websites.
    If you do not wish for your or your child’s photo to be used, you must notify Rockville Rovers in writing via email.

    PLAYER FEES
    Rockville Rovers FC maintain a strict “no pay, no play” policy. Players must have either paid in full or paid a minimum deposit and set up a payment plan by the dates advised — typically 1 February for Senior teams and 1 March for MiniRoos and Junior teams. Regular updates will be provided for any outstanding fees.

    CLUB INVOLVEMENT
    Parents/guardians agree to assist with team duties as rostered and participate in fundraising activities from time to time.
    You also accept that you will be required to volunteer for canteen duty or other club activities when your team is rostered.
    As we are a volunteer-based club. In some circumstances we may request a parent step up to coach or assist with coaching a team. The Club will provide support, guidance, and access to appropriate education to help you succeed in this role.

    FINES
    Any individual fines issued by Football Queensland will be passed on to the relevant player.

    REGISTRATION PLATFORMS & PAYMENTS
    All players must be registered across all three platforms:
    – Majestri – Club Registration
    – Squadi – Football Queensland Registration
    – Play Football – Football Australia Registration
    A player record must exist for every active player.
    Players who are not registered and who have not made appropriate payments will not be insured to train or play.

    PLAYER IDENTIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION (FQPL 3 Men & Women)
    Rockville Rovers Football Club may be required to collect and provide player identification and eligibility documents (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate, visa documentation, or Medicare card) to Football Queensland for age, identity, eligibility, and competition compliance.

    By registering, you consent to the Club requesting, temporarily holding and forwarding these documents to Football Queensland when required. All documents are stored securely with restricted access and are deleted once they are no longer needed for verification.

    If you would like your documents removed from our system after submission, please notify the Club in writing at president@rockvillerovers.com
